【美国宣布豁免新冠疫苗知识产权 又担心中国俄罗斯得到制药技术？】据路透社报道，美国官员和一些业内人士担心，此举会让中国“蚕食”美国在生物制药领域的“优势”。因此，拜登政府正在研究如何向贫穷国家豁免新冠疫苗知识产权，同时又确保中国和俄罗斯无法获得美国敏感生物制药技术。对此，一位知识产权律师表示，“这将被视为美国和其他富国兑现诺言的又一次失败。”According to Reuters， many companies and now some U.S． officials fear the move would allow China to leapfrog years of research and erode the U.S． advantage in biopharmaceuticals． The Biden administration is examining ways to ensure that a waiver of COVID-19 vaccine patents to aid poor countries will not hand sensitive U.S． biopharmaceutical technology to China and Russia， U.S． and industry officials say． Besides， a question and answer document produced by the administration and shared with industry representatives also acknowledges concerns that intellectual property sharing could damage the United States‘ competitive advantage over China， an industry source said． An intellectual property lawyer asked： “What happens when it turns out that the U.S． can’t actually deliver the information that is critically important to implementing the inventions？ This will be seen as another failure by the U.S． and other rich countries to keep their promises．”
